The full moon at 12 degrees Gemini on 12/4 (7:26pm) challenges you to expand your personal network so you can grow intellectually. Maybe it’s time to take a class, broaden your knowledge base, or just get together with friends for stimulating conversation.

With Mars in Sagittarius from 12/5-1/16 the focus is on dedicating your energy and passion to your spiritual quest or “crusade.” If you have been feeling stagnant, resigned or apathetic, Mars in Sagittarius can help you get inspired and re-kindle the fire of idealism in your life.

The challenge with Saturn retrograde at 25 degrees Leo, 12/5-4/19 (8:34pm), is learning how to harness (Saturn) your creativity (Leo) without suppression. Have you been hiding your light under a bushel? If so, it’s time to discover and release core beliefs that have held in your full self-expression!

The Sun enters Capricorn 12/21 at 7:22pm marking the Winter solstice. The Capricorn principle demonstrates how self-reliance and consolidation of power and authority lead to mastery. Our job during Capricorn is to demonstrate mastery of accomplishment and right use of power and authority.

Mercury in Capricorn 12/27-1/15 helps manage and structure the contents of your mind so you can make detailed plans. Ground all of the details you’re tracking in your mind by making master lists of what you want to accomplish and then prioritize the goals on your lists.

Aries 3/21-4/20 Feel like you’re in a pressure cooker with the heat turned on high? It’s not surprising as there is backed-up energy that needs to be expressed. Diffuse pent-up energy by speaking the microscopic truth with love.

Taurus 4/21-5/21 You may be feeling more vulnerable than usual this month. The issue is that your heart wants to open but you may be concerned that others will take advantage if you do. As the saying goes, “Trust in God but tie your camel.”

Cancer 6/21-7/20 This month it’s time to put your needs first. What is it that you need for your own wellbeing? Take time to get in touch with your priorities. It may seem a little selfish at first, but you’ll get used to it.

Leo 7/21-8/22 Don’t be surprised if you’re not feeling as outgoing as usual this month. There’s a need to be more introspective and contemplative. It would be ideal to spend some time in silence or on retreat.

Virgo 8/23-9/22 Pay attention to thoughts that are coming up from your subconscious. You have an opportunity to become aware of negative beliefs running in the background. Don’t resist them, just bless them and let them go.

Libra 9/23-10/22 This is an extremely creative time for you. Your ability to visualize the ideal is very strong right now. Like the artist who sees the completed painting in her mind, you can make the intangible tangible.

Scorpio 10/23-11/21 The urge to speak your truth has never been more pressing. There is intensity in your speaking which is very convincing. Combining empathy for others with directness enables your message to be received.

Sagittarius 11/22-12/20 The new moon in Sagittarius on 12/20 kicks off a month of greater visibility. Your natural wisdom is bubbling over and you are being asked to share it! Your natural optimism and enthusiasm are all you need.

Capricorn 12/21-1/20 You’re probably feeling like you’re in an emotional whirlpool, but nobody knows because it’s all swirling around inside. Get some support so you can objectify what’s going on and move forward.

Aquarius 1/21-2/18 Are you thinking that you’ll never find the “tribe” that thinks like you? You’d be surprised how many other Aquarian-minded folks are in the same boat. It’s time to reach out and find your community.
