One more reason not to sleep on a full stomach: A recent study from Greece’s University of Ioannina shows that waiting at least an hour after dinner to hit the sack could cut your stroke risk by 66 percent. In tests on 500 adults, the study’s authors also found that waiting 70 minutes to two hours may reduce stroke risk by an additional 10 percent.
