Seven experts will each demonstrate, through experiential exercises and live demonstration, the way that they utilize movement to prevent and alleviate back and neck pain. The seven movement approaches include the Alexander Technique, Dance/Movement Therapy, Feldenkrais, Iyengar Yoga, Physical Therapy, Pilates, and Qigong/Tai Chi.
